These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SiteAudit ("the Service"), a website monitoring platform operated by Robora Creative Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales ("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
SiteAudit provides website uptime monitoring, HTTP status checks, response time tracking, and real-time dashboards. You add URLs to monitor, choose a check interval, and the Service periodically checks those URLs and reports their status.
Features, check intervals, monitor limits, and data retention periods vary by subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or are used in violation of these Terms.
The Service supports team-based collaboration. When you register, a personal team is created for you. You may create additional teams and invite others to join by email.
Team owners are responsible for their team members' use of the Service. Roles (Owner, Admin, Member) determine what actions a team member may perform. Invitations expire and may be revoked at any time by a team administrator.
Free plan (Starter): We offer a limited free tier that allows you to use core monitoring features with restricted limits. The free plan may be modified, limited further, or discontinued at our discretion with reasonable notice to affected users.
Paid plans: Paid subscriptions (Pro, Business, Agency) unlock higher limits and additional features. Pricing is displayed on our website and may be shown in GBP, EUR, or USD depending on your location. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe, our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Annual plans are charged as a single upfront payment for the full year. You may switch between monthly and annual billing via the billing portal.
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or suspend your access to paid features until the payment issue is resolved. Stripe's terms of service also apply to your payment transactions.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel an annual plan mid-term, the remaining months are not refunded unless required by applicable law.
You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You must not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you are in breach of this section.
We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We are not liable for any losses arising from Service downtime, delayed checks, or missed alerts. The Service is provided for informational monitoring purposes and should not be your sole mechanism for detecting critical outages.
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by Robora Creative Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.
You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service (such as monitor URLs and team names). You grant us a licence to process this data solely to provide and improve the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your personal data and associated monitors. This action cannot be undone.
If you are a team owner, deleting your account will affect the team and its members. You should transfer ownership or delete the team before deleting your account.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Robora Creative Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you retain any mandatory consumer protection rights granted by the laws of your country of residence.
